Description：HNDFCs-Neo cells are isolated from normal neonatal foreskin tissue samples and transfected with RFP-Lentiviral particles at passage one. Zeocin resistant RFP-HNDFCs-Neo（RFP新生兒皮膚成纖維細(xì)胞）are selected and shipped in frozen vial (the cell are provided @passage 3). Fibroblast Growth medium is recommended for cell culture and these cells have an average minimum population doubling levels > 14 when cultured following the detailed protocol described below.；
